The first post for the free landlord software online blog.

Where are we with the development of the software? Well I'd say that we are 80% there, we are wanting to make the Reminder system more extensive and editable by landlords. We also want to create the multi user facility so that users, specifically letting agents and landlords with more complex property portfolios, can set groups of property together in sub accounts.

We also want to make the rent generation field to be able to be reconciled by multiple rental amounts for tenants that have more complex ways of settling their rental demands.

Thats it for now - I will come back and post some more when some of those things are done.
